Istanbul - Arrival Day

Arrival at Istanbul Ataturk Airport Meet and Greet with our Local Representative. Transfer to Hotel and check in the hotel. Day is for leisure or for you to explore Istanbul. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Istanbul City Tour and Bosphorus Cruise

Morning sightseeing tour of old Istanbul city. You will visit St.Sophia, an ancient basilica; Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque, famously known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles; Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. After lunch, proceed for a cruise of the Bosphorous River, a waterway separating Europe and Asia. Enjoy the array of sites you can see from the cruise and enjoy your evening in the Spice Market of Istanbul. Overnight stay in Istanbul.

Istanbul City Tour and Istanbul to Cappadocia

After breakfast visit the famous Topkapi Palace, the great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families. After lunch depart to Istanbul Ataturk airport for domestic flight to Cappadocia. Transfer from airport and check in to your hotel in Cappadocia. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia Tour

The Cappadocia region, a volcanic area in which the geological formation started 10 million years ago. As a result of these formations phallic like pillars have come to life. We will tour Uchisar Castle, the highest point of Cappadocia, Goreme Open Air Museum, famous for frescoes dating to 10th. Next stop is Cavusin, which is an abandoned village with old cave Greek houses. After lunch, you visit a workshop to see Cappadocian hand-woven carpets and kilims. Then you visit Devrent Valley, which is also called Imagination Valley, where you can see natural rock formations looking like animals. Then you head to a wine shop in Urgup for wine tasting. Last but not the least, is Pasabagi where you can see three - headed fairy chimneys with their hats, which is the symbol of Cappadocia. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia to Istanbul- Athens

After breakfast, we depart for Kayseri airport for our domestic flight to Istanbul. Take a flight to Athens from Istanbul to start your tour of Greece. Diner and
overnight stay in Athens.

Breakfast at hotel - Half Day city tour with Acropolis and Museum

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and start the half-day tour to Athens. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Presidential residence (ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum. Return to the hotel for a free afternoon. Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Piraeus port for your ferry embarkation to Mykonos Island.
